All's well that ends well

Jack is doing well all things considered.  He is a bit of a hero to his cousins because:

1.  He made the trailer smash into the car

2.  He mashed his finger in the process

3.  He got to have an operation and

4.  He stayed overnight in hospital

5.  He is having a week off school

6.  he has a huge bandage on his finger and hand

The cousins all breathe 'coooool' when any of the above are sighted or spoken of.

ALMOST "Nine-finger Jack"

Talk about drama!  Our eldest grandson, Jack, (7.5yrs) decided to help his dad move the trailer  to make room to play footy.  Paul went inside to get his keys and while he was gone jack kicked away all 6 chocks and the trailer started to roll downhill - towards his mum's car.  jack is only 7 and at that age brains aren't wired for reasoning and weighing up of options and consequences (that's why we don't let 7-year-olds fly planes or vote!).  Jack's mistake was tryin...
